Impact of Volunteers in Museums (2009)
This joint research project involved working with associate Laura Baird to carry out an impact assessment of volunteers in museums in Scotland, and involved a quantitative study of all museums followed up with an in-depth qualitative study of 6 museums. This research looks at the role and impacts of volunteers in museums, impacts on the wider workforce development and impacts on individuals and the wider community.
