- to ensuring anonymity of evaluation respondents unless acknowledging; participants and/or organisations is appropriate and is agreed in advance.

- to provide a safe, open and trusting environment which enables participants to contribute freely;
- to respect the contributions and participation of the individuals and groups involved in any project;
- to empowerment, participation and working in partnership.
Equal opportunities commitment …
- to work within current equal opportunities legislation and take account of participating organisations policy and practices in equal opportunities;
- to be aware of equalities issues and in particular those which have most impact on the work in hand, and to seek to be inclusive in my practices;
- to challenge discrimination and exclusive practices.
