What I do
My background and experience is rooted in the voluntary and community sectors. An experienced researcher, facilitator, trainer and manager, my focus is on developing customised evaluation projects, and building organisational and human capacity in evaluation and research.
What I do:
- Design and implement evaluations using participatory approaches
- Run training workshops
- Design training needs analysis and evaluate training programmes
- Develop learning and resource material
- Carry out mapping and feasibility studies
- Carry out surveys and consultation exercises
- Develop and support professionals in the workplace
- Facilitate strategic review and organisational development especially in the fields of: volunteer involvement; and training and development.
